In every morning, I mixed with 2 tablespoons of milk powder + this diet Shake + lukewarm water, and drink. But after everyday work, in about 2-3 hours later I again feel hunger. I don't like this product. When I consume this i get gas in my stomach. And it's very painful

Have tried many shakes and I am someone who even had neem juice n veggie juices. But in this shake there is no kesar or pista, neither the color indicates. I couldn't finish even half glass, it was so yucks. Had to throw the pack.
