Expensive, Over priced!
I was looking for low GI rice and bought this one. I am not sure about it’s effectiveness as I never checked my blood sugar after having this rice. It’s taste is like other parboiled rice. I didn’t find anything wrong with its size, taste or smell though it takes some more time to be cooked. The price of 10lb bag of this rice is $31 that is actually expensive to me.

Low gi rice
I can eat a bowl of this rice and it has very little effect on my blood sugar. Two bowls however blow the lid off.
