As far as hair vitamins go, I look for good formula's that provide me with the essentials for hair health and then give me unique extra's like MSM, collagen, sea weed,and Bamboo which are extra's that are great for hair and hard to find in hair supplements. I very rarely find that hair vitamins improve the rate of my hair growth which sucks, but I do believe there good to use as supplements for the body, hair ,skin and nails to strengthen and improve there condition and help to supplement them with the little boost beneficial to there appearance and perhaps sped up the growth rate a bit.I just received these vitamins and started taking them a week ago and I have gave them a 4 star rating solely based on the fast delivery and there formulation. I will do a follow up post If I see amazing results from these vitamins based on hair growth and appearance of skin and nails.

Didn't work for me.

First time trying this product and I have seen results. My hair has definitely grown over an inch, maybe a little bit more since I started using this product. I am planning to repurchase again.

I am just finishing my second bottle of these vitamins and realized I hadn't written a review yet. These are fantastic for the price! I have tried hair vitamins from a lot of brands from the higher end Phyto to drugstore brands and many in between and these are very complete and powerful for the price I paid. Not only my hair growth rate has increased I would say 50% per month, but my nails are stronger as well. What I normally do with these types of vitamins is I take them for four months and then I stop for about 2-3 months and then start the 4 month cycle again. I also take them after eating breakfast and never on an empty stomach. I started doing the 4 month cycle about 10 years ago when I took Phyto vitamins which are recommended in the spring and fall seasons and I find that it works for me with all hair vitamins I take so my body doesn't get used to them. The only thing I am not a fan of is their size and shape. In my case they are not as easy to swallow as other vitamins and the dosage is two per day, but the results are well worth it and my wallet appreciates the break as well.
