I hate the taste ands smell of chemical sunscreens, so I’m always on the lookout for mineral sunscreen lip balm that I can wear over a lip stain and use as a facial sunscreen in a pinch. This is my favorite so far. The texture is light a a bit glossy but without too much shine. It initially comes out of the tube with a white cast from the sunscreen minerals, but almost immediately turns clear after application. It has a pleasant slightly minty, slightly cinnamon flavor/smell. I will definitely be ordering this again!

The best lip balm smells great feels good very moisturizing and a little goes a long way. The price is the only issue. If you apply a thick layer it does show up white.

First, this is sunscreen for the lips. And that is exactly what it feels like. It's not balmy like a chapstick, so if moisture is your priority, you may be disappointed. I use lip balm all the time; alone or under lipstick. So this was perfect--sunscreen for my lips. Absorbs well; not a greasy or dry feeling on your lip and no weird taste for lip lickers.

I was concerned the sunscreen would taste like sunscreen (a different brand had an awful taste). I love the original M&G lip balms, this has a nice texture and has a slight minty scent. It is an opaque white color, clearly because of the sunscreen. But the sunscreen taste is barely noticable. I have had a hard time deciding to buy a lip balm with sunscreen I will definitely buy this again.

I’ve been in search of a lip sunscreen that doesn’t taste gross for A LONG TIME! This one has zero sunscreen taste. It does have a matte finish, so I wouldn’t wear it daily, but great for when you’re outside!

Stick with the regular lip balm with this company it's great! The spf one turns your lips white and is very thick.

Applies well and moisturizing, but leaves my lips white cast. Will be using for sun exposure, but not a daily lip balm since I do not like the sheer white cast for looks.
