I ordered a small, wore it for my 10 hours shift and then all night. Made my wrist and hand feel great. It’s a bit snug just around the thumb area but I figure it’s like breaking in a new shoe.Ordered a second one to make a pair and a pair for my husband.

The arm and wrist is fairly snug it's a little loose around my hand area though. I just got it so I will test it. Please note that a pack does not mean a pair. There's only one

I have been struggling with numbness and pain in my hands and fingers. Especially while sleeping. I work on computers so thinking it's signs of carpal tunnel, ugh. I bought a couple of wrist braces and the work great on the computer but not at night. These are absolutely 💯 exactly what I needed! Pain and numbness is gone. They work so well for me, I bought another pair. They provide just the right amount of compression to do the job but not so tight to cut off the circulation. I am a 63 year old, larger woman and I bought sz S/M. I love them!

It provides adequate compression but not comfortable for more than 30 minutes.

I purchased this after my wrist was very achy because of doing a lot of painting. It is very supportive, with just enough compression to help ease the achiness that I was having. Highly recommend.

I've been having issues with my wrist not being able to hold pans while I'm cooking. I saw a hand specialist and he recommended these types of braces. Mine seems a little tight and cuts off the circulation in my hand. They support my hand and wrist when I'm cooking so I wear them pretty much when I cook.
