Been taking for over a month now and haven’t noticed any change in my stamina, energy levels in strength or cognitive abilities. Maybe it takes longer to kick in. Will finish the bottle and update review.

It's difficult to evaluate a product like this. I can't definitely say that I've noticed any effect at all from taking this for months. There are no human studies I could find, though one study I skimmed found some positive effects in diabetic rats. Those effects included reducing blood sugar levels, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory activity. Of course, if it reacts in a similar fashion in humans, that would be great. Nothing seems to have been established in that regard, though.Overall, this product offers a good quantity for the price, as a supplement to try with no actual guarantees as to its efficacy. Cistanche seems to have been used for some time in Traditional Chinese Medicine for things like impotence and infertility, for what it's worth.

Love the fact that this is a 4 month supply, that alone is a great value compared to the typical 30 day 60 pill supply. I like that this is an anti-inflammatory and supports hormones, it fits in well with the other nootropics I'm taking and my back pain has been much relieved with the combination of other supporting anti-inflammatory stuff I'm on. I am a little over stimulated but it's also nice to not be in pain, so I'm accepting of that particular side effect, thankfully I'm able to sleep on this as long as I don't find anything to focus on to keep my attention on.Update: 2/28/24On my third bottle of this brand, did some shopping around. The two others that had as big of a supply didn't advertise the 50%/10% standards. I cannot recommend this enough, I know men will take this for libido support and I can't say I've had that benefit, it's been an incredible anti-inflammatory and adaptogen to me. It helps take the edge off stressors in my life, I do supplement rhodiola additionally and I'm incredibly happy with the result.

No noticeable effects after 2 months, consistent. The Etta Vita brand was quite noticeable so switching back to that.
