Upgraded replacement
After months of frustration with a washer that couldn't finish the job, I looked up videos on troubleshooting and repair and quickly came to the conclusion that this was the part I needed. After ordering the wrong size at first because I didn't pull the old ones out and measure (none of the videos mentioned there were 3 sizes, definitely check that first) I got the right size and sure enough it took about 15 mins to swap them and now my washer is running like new. I called a few repair places and was quoted $300-$500 to have someone come out, so I'm super happy saving the money and doing it myself. Don't forget to wear gloves, the grease is super sticky and hard to watch off, I'm glad to have gotten that tip from the videos I watched.

Great Rods for Samsung washers
These rods are great quality and will fix that bouncy tub in minutes. I worked for Samsung for years and these are better quality than what Samsung warehouse would provide for warranty repairs. We all know Samsungs are terrible machines, but if you gotta fix it, go with these guys. Highly recommend!

Great, reliable product for less.
I received and installed this product on my washer. It has now been a week and my washer is no longer being thrown off balance while in spin cycle. Most other places I found this product were much more expensive. Glad I ordered them from this seller.

This worked perfectly, quick replacement after watching a YouTube video. Please always check online with a part company to verify the fix for you washer, I bought from another company that said it would fix mine and it didn't it was 1.5" shorter and almost broke my machine with the tub hitting the lid.I've never been so excited to be able to do laundry.My 2.5 year old machine is now quiet and spinning smoothly ❤️

Solved balance issues
Fairly easy installation. Solved vibration and balance issues on my Samsung 7600acus washer. The only difficulty I encountered was finding a relevant video on removing the top of the washer to install the parts. Most of the videos are applicable to older models. My washer doesn't have old style retaining clips. It uses hidden screws.
