Comfortable, quiet when in use and ideal for my small flat
I bought this to help with losing weight and because I live in a tiny bedsit I needed something that wouldn't occupy too much space. This fits perfectly and to be honest I actually don't need to fold it away that often. It was very easy to assemble, I had mine put together in about 15 minutes. The bike is very easy to use, the tension can be adjusted using a simple dial. What I really like is that the display gives all the basic information you'd expect but it also allows you to keep the display set on a particular one. For example, I need to keep an eye on my pulse rate while using the bike so I can keep my rate at a fat burning level. This makes the bike much more efficient for my exercise goals than I had expected. Its a super quiet exercise bike you can barely hear it while in use which is another bonus. I had bought a floor mat for the bike expecting that I would need something to keep it gripped but it is very sturdy and I don't need the floormat now. Regarding comfort I have to say the seat is large and very comfortable and I opted for the back rest which makes isn't necessary but a little bit of extra comfort. Despite being quite a short woman the handles are still very comfortable even after spending a long time on it. Its not too difficult to lift either, I mean its not light but its not too heavy either I think most people would be well able to lift it and fold it away. I'm really happy with this bike and I think its something I will use for a very long time. I'm also excited to see that they offer a retro-fittable laptop table for it which is really clever and definetely something for people who do a lot of work or have it set up in a room without any TV.

Great product for most folk
I bought this to encourage my wife and son to exercise regularly and was more hopeful than optimistic. I also thought that I could use it myself when the weather is too bad or it is too dark to go cycling outside. Note that because my wife has previously complained about saddle soreness when (rarely) cycling I also bought the Ultrasport Comfort Saddle Cover with Gel Insert, Bicycle Seat Comfort Gel Cover at the same time as the bike and it is perfect fit. Good Points. - very well made and solid - absolutely stable when you pedal - nigh-on silent - the saddle with the gel cover is very comfortable (we didn't try it without) - looks quite good and isn't too out of place in the lounge near the TV - folds away and easy to move out of the way when needed - the computer is useful as an indicator for distance, speed, etc.(e.g.: travel 20 or 30 km), I tend to use the pulse rate monitor and go at a difficulty level and pace to maintain a given pulse rate for a period of time (typically 2 episodes of something) Limitations - I don't really have any 'Bad Points' as it is proving great for my family, but there are limitations to the product that may be of interest to some. - my wife is 5' tall with an inside leg of 26". Initially we thought the bike was too big for her. However, just prior to me taking a hacksaw to the seat post (as proposed in some reviews) we tried with the seat post dropped onto the hinge pin (as described in other reviews) and a cushion behind her back and bingo - she finds it perfect, and it means I can still use it on its highest setting. See picture below of soft cushion behind a lumber support backrest which she uses. The soft cushion is to allow movement against the backrest without plastic on plastic squeaking away. I don't think the bike would be usable for anyone significantly shorter than my wife. - I am 5'9" with an inside leg of 33" - the bike is good for me on the highest seat post setting. I think the bike would be too small for anyone significantly taller than me. - For some perspective on what sort of workout you can get on this, I am 60 and do a bit of cycling, typically between 20 and 50 miles about three times a week in good weather. I am not fast though, struggle on hills, and trundle along at a total ride average speed of about 13 miles an hour along trails and B roads. At the higher settings on this bike I can certainly work up a sweat and get the heart rate going. For competitive cyclists and the very fit and strong I think this bike will be too tame, but for people from zero fitness to maybe a bit above my level it is perfect. I can't speak about longevity as we have only had it for a few weeks, but so far so good. I bought this on the strength of other reviews. It is the only exercise bike that I have ever used so I can't compare it with anything else but I can say that it is proving of great worth to my family and I regard it as excellent value purchase on that basis. My wife has some experience of exercise bikes in gyms and she tells me that this is as effective for her as those she has previously used. It doesn't feel the same as being on a road bike because of the 'riding' position (you can either sit back or lean forwards), but that is just different rather than being better or worse. So far this exercise bike has exceeded my expectations. It is great to be able to build this into a daily routine and exercise whilst watching TV in the comfort of the lounge (we are currently working our way through 'The X-Files' and 'Vikings' from Amazon Prime) so that it doesn't feel like a chore. I nearly bought a cycle trainer that you put the rear wheel of an actual road bike in. How utterly ridiculous that seems now for my circumstances when something as neat and convenient as this is available. If I didn't already own it and knowing what I know now, I would order one straight away.

Study, easy to build but tension mechanism doesn't appear to be working
Don't really write reviews but thought I would share my view. The item arrived and it was relatively easy to put together but instructions not that clear but easy enough to figure out. Item is sturdy and seems good quality....BUT....it seems like the tension mechanism is stuck on the highest setting as moving it to 1 does nothing to the tension. I am used to cycling and this was quite tough after 10-20 seconds. Shouldn't the pedals be easy to move by hand at level 1? The cable that seems to go from the tension unit down into the front 'wheel' doesn't appear to be attached to anything and can be moved around, up and down. Giving it a two star for now. I have emailed the support line and waiting for a response so hopefully will update to a higher rating on successful conclusion. Got this on Prime so will send it back if I am not happy or the company is unable to replace. **UPDATE** 13/08/2020 I am so glad I bought this through Prime and it was provisioned by Amazon because I have yet too hear from Ultrasport when I raised this issue with them. Amazon were awesome and picked up the faulty bike the next day and the following day a new bike had arrived. Finally got around to putting it together but initially tested the pedal motion before fully assembling to avoid having to fully dismantle the bike again. Happy to say, this bike is much better than the last and my assessment was right that the previous bike was stuck on the highest resistance. My daughter used it for 15 mins yesterday and enjoyed it but if we could only put the seat down a further 1/2 inch, it would be perfect for her. The product itself is sturdy, near silent when being used, the screen does take some getting used to but it is easy enough to stop the scan function and pressing the centre button for 5 seconds resets all the counters. I have to agree, the computer unit does feel very very cheap and hope that doesn't break as some other reviewers have said.

I bought this mint color, they delivered a red one. The pedal is too low, the seat is too high. I have 1,56cm I don’t reach the pedal only if I stay on foot. Also they delivered one week later the date they said. When I check the website they had put this bike 10 pounds more expensive and was out of stock. At least they could send me an email asking me if could be another color. Didn’t like at all. I Want my Money back. Never buy again.

Quiet happy with this product.Good machine , quiet strong, seat is fairly big soft and good part is the back rest of the seat. Not many machines have all these together, for this price.Another thing to note is this have one year warranty and with some additional cost one more year warranty.
