Just ok, I'd look elsewhere
The measurement aren't exact, these are 4x2x8.25. They aren't the crisp cellophane I was expecting, they are more the consistency of cheap plastic zip bags. Not exactly what I was looking for, but they will do.

They are not completely clear
These bags are a little cloudy. I wouldn't use them if I were trying to sell anything, but for a casual gift they'll do.

Roomy for cookies or candy’s
Opens up to accommodate cookies or candies stacked side by side. They don’t have to be “slid” in and lay on their side. Nice size for small individual gifts!

If you actually need 2x4x8 inch bags, keep looking. These are actually 2x4x6.5 inches. Totally useless for my need.
