Awesome for the price
I bought this because I needed the basic projector for my father's Celebration Of Life, I was pleasantly surprised at how well this little unit had actually worked! You did not need a projector screen, just a blank wall. Of course it's not a HD quality video however it does get the job done well.

Very low brightness / limited range
Unless you're projecting in a very dark room, it's very hard to see the images. Even then, the projector must be pretty close to the screen (max of 4ft away) . OK for sharing a screen in an office where everyone is sitting close, and the lights are off...but even then, the resolution is not good. My team develops and reviews code - I wanted this so everyone could see my screen in a meeting - turns out, smaller font text was very hard to read, even up close. A really bad option for home movie projection.
