We had a teeny problem getting battery to sit straight and it was a simple fix! Thank Heavens Big Toys Direct called us first thing the next morning and told us what to do! The car is unbelievably awesome my grandson loves it! BTD's customer service even more awesome!

Got this for my granddaughter a couple of weeks ago. Now she is the coolest kid on her block. She zips around all the rest of the kids. The only time she gets out of the car is when the battery needs recharging!!

What a great car! I bought this for my grandsons first birtday and he totally loves it. The best part is we can drive him around in it by remote until he can control it on his own. Build quality is great, delivery was fast. I do think they should go through the instruction manual with a better interpreter though, some of it was confusing and I had to read over several time while fiddling with the car to understand the desired outcome.

I love it, my daughter loves it, as well as her dad lol. Only problem I had was the battery holder on the parental remote control keeps falling off, however they sent me a replacement as soon as I wrote the initial review!!!Which was a great way to show me how they value their customers and product!! I love this little car!! My daughter was super super excited to watch Barney and ride at the same time. FEATURES ARE AMAZING!

The car is stunning in person. I gave this car 4 stars by the look and the customer service. We didn't get the chance to drive the car due to the front battery to the car was not working. After talking to the customer service they sent us a new battery immediately. The new battery got there in less then 2 days. We tried the new battery and still no power to the car. We have decided to exchange the car for the new f870 since it will hopefully be expecting to come out this summer.
