Great customer service!
I ordered two of these violins meant to cancel one of the orders before it went to shipping process, but didn’t the person offered me half of a refund and told me to keep it, which was totally fine. one came perfect. The other one came with a peg fallen off and upon reaching out to customer service they then sent us a whole new Violin and to replace the one that was broken. My husband has had a few few times messing around with his violin and has really enjoyed the electric and acoustic black violin.

Bad instrument AVOID THIS SELLER
DON’T BUY THIS OR ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!!!! Bought this for my kid as his first violin, could never get it to tune, pegs won’t stay in place, we took to 2 music repair shops in my area, both said to return it and buy a different brand. After contacting the seller and and going back and forth with messages and emails he recommended we buy a new set of pegs, we bought new pegs and a strings, same issue. I think they drilled the holes a bit bigger than what it’s supposed to. Now the time had passed and we cannot get a refund. Moral of the story…AVOID this seller at all costs.

You get what you pay for
I guess it's a decent violin the strings broke the second we put them on for some reason my significant other plays violin extremely well so he knows what he's doing and he's not hard on things so it was weird that they broke but good thing they came with extra strings and wax so we are on our way to playing great music

Good for price
It’s a good violin for the price. Obviously not of great quality. But the sound is amazing. The case is sturdy. Only problem I have is it won’t stay tuned. And from what I’ve been reading it’s not really the violins fault. The tuners are set right in the violin. Which lets them come loose with the vibrations of the strings.

Get what you pay for
I don’t know what is up with this dirty case that arrived. Water damage maybe? I hope it’s not some sort of mold. The bridge is not initially connected, so you have to put this together a little bit. The strings are not easily tuned at all, so the slightest movement might change a whole note, and that’s if they don’t pop out of the nut while you tighten them. I mean, for $70, it is a working violin. It comes with everything you need to get started and I was able to play it somewhat quickly, but it’s cheap. I got it just to play around and see if I’d be interested in learning. One star for doing what I needed it to do and one star for quick shipping. Just know that it’s poorly made and exactly what you should expect for $70.
