BUYER BEWARE!! VERY easily damaged item! customer service for this product is beyond awful! I would avoid this item!GARBAGE PRODUCT!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! My niece who weighs 117 and is in top athletic shape plays on varsity soccer, used this exact balance board for about 7 minutes and we heard a snap and THE WHOLE THING CAME APART AND SHE ALMOST BROKE HER NECK! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I had a replacement acl and torn meniscus and was very active snowboarding, basketball, surfing skating. I am more than 100% now and even my ankle strength is so much better I use to always sprain my ankle, not once since I’ve been using strongboard.Beside recovery I think this is the best thing for muscle memory or balance and recovery from accidents or falls. I am a much better wake surfer and snowboard now, I still suck at basketball but that is all in my shot.These are over priced but such a great product if you need knee or ankle strengthening.

It really works!
I have noticed such a positive clear shift and improvements in my balance since I started using this product! I have also been using this balance board with children with special needs/kids with sensory issues/kids with balance concerns, and it has been helping them immensely! A great piece of equipment for physical therapists or physical therapy rehab places. I highly recommend this product!
