I researched dash cams for years. I became paralyzed by the vast array of options and prices. I decided to go with RedTiger due to their quality advertising and other reviews, and they happened to be on sale. The traffic in the Phoenix area grows increasingly aggressive and I felt an urgency to protect me and my wife in the event of an accident. I purchased two of these, and I could not be more pleased. I am 68 and was able to able to easily install both in one day completely by myself. One in a Prius and the other in a Dodge Journey. Each came with both the front and rear facing cameras. I initially worried that hiding the cable over the length of the vehicle would be problematic, especially with both cars having hatchbacks, but it was super easy with the tools provided. I am very pleased with the clean installation, wires and cameras barely visible. The quality is outstanding! From the very beginning, you are presented with high quality packaging, superbly protected products, and well thought out designs. RedTiger includes tools, guidance, and documentation necessary to be 100% successful. Functionally speaking, once installed, I started the car, drove off, and afterward, checked the video. Quality was amazing and the app blew me away in the playback mode. It shows the position of the car on a graphical map with direction, speed, etc. as well as the hi def video. It is a small investment in money and effort for a tremendous amount of peace-of-mind. As long as the car is on, it is recording front and back. It automatically replaces the oldest recordings with the newest, so you only have to retrieve them when the need arises. It comes with a 32GB card. I'm not sure how many days of videos that will hold, but I'm certain it will easily meet my needs as I only expect to retrieve them in the event of an accident. If you are on the fence about getting a dash cam, don't wait until it's too late. RedTiger is a winner.

This camera packs a lot for such a small price tag. It's made by one of the top dash camera companies. It's small. It has high quality video recordings and it's easy to use. I like the fact the camera does not have a screen. To me the screen is a distraction while you drive. I hardwired this camera using their hardwire kit bought separately. Really was not difficult at all. Ran all the wires hidden and avoided the side curtain airbags by going down the A post zip tied to the existing wiring harness. Ran the cable for the rear camera under the kick plates along the bottom of the car. The cable was long enough for a standard 4 door sedan to do it this way. It is easy to pair you the camera for video review when needed and the video quality is very good. The app is easy to navigate through. For anyone who says you must connect your phone to the camera every time you are very wrong. The camera will record and track GPS and speed (if you want it to) all without being connected to your phone. You literally only need to connect it to the phone to review videos or adjust settings. This camera is exactly what I was looking for at a great price for what you get.

I'm holding back the 5th star only because I've only had this installed for a few days. I bought this about 18 months ago and let it sit on my toolbox but finally got around to installing it this weekend after my old dashcam started giving me fits. For comparison, I also recently installed two other dashcams in our two other cars, so I've got a decent amount of experience with them. Nothing stands out about installation of the F9 because, well, the basic install is mostly the same for all of them. The one thing I didn't like about the F9 was that the power cable comes hardwired to the 12V plug; this wasn't ideal for me so I simply bought my own power cable. Otherwise, I appreciated that the mount is foam-tape and NOT a suction cup. As for ease of use though and quality, this thing is a huge upgrade from my older dashcam. The video quality is superb so far (I still need to do some lower-light driving to compare that, but daytime the quality is superb in the front and rear cameras. The app is easy to use and while some of the other cameras I have setup offer a lot more config options, I appreciate the simple setup of the F9.

Dashcam facile à installer. Cables suffisamment longs avant et arrière, pour dacia Duster. Filme effectivement en continu, belle qualité d image avant, plus floue à l arrière. Mais fait le job. Commande reçue le lendemain via Amazon Prime. Bien emballée. Dashcam petite, discrète (sans écran : avantageux). Application simple, le téléphone fait office d ecran. Les avis consultés aident beaucoup pour effectuer un choix d achat, j espere que le mien contribuera egalement . Je ne peux que recommander cette dashcam!

Dash cam davvero super. Facile da installare con un po’ di manulità (io ho acquistato il kit per collegarla alla scatola fusibili) La risoluzione è ottima, sia di giorno che di notte, l’applicazione è facile ed intuitiva, mostra persino il percorso del veicolo sulle mappe in tempo reale al video registrato. Il cavo della camera posteriore è davvero lungo, mi ha permesso di farlo passare senza problemi fino alla parte posteriore dell'auto, sfruttando il battitacco (percorso più lungo) e non sopra al celino come fanno in molti. poiché nella mia vettura (Audi A3 sportback 8V del 2017) avrebbe potuto compromette l’apertura degli airbag a tendina in caso di incidente.

I have been using it for more than a year. It was one of the best purchases I have made. It delivers what it says. Easy to install.
