Excellent Cookware!
It's not often that some TV advertised product works as described, but this one is a winner. I tried one of their bigger skillets, some years ago, and, as my other non-stick stuff wears out, I'm replacing it all with Copper Chef products. So, I picked up two of these 8" ones to replace aging "teflon" pans that were starting to show signs of wear. I love these! I have no idea why anyone has issues with these. Every one I have bought works flawlessly, although I do follow the seasoning process, and keep them clean using the same methods as I use on ironware.I've never had any sticking or burning or any problems at all. My only caveat on these ones is that the stainless handle bolt heads, inside the skillet, can get stuff cooked on to them, but it does clean off. Might be nice if they found a way to attach the handle without exposed bolt heads within the cooking surface, as on other pans, but it's a minor point.Overall, this is my new brand for cookware and I really appreciate it is free of toxins. Lightweight, durable, coating has not worn out in the slightest on my one I've been using for years, foods cook evenly, with zero mess, and they are much more affordable than most non-stick brands. For me, these work just great, and I highly recommend them. Do follow the seasoning process, and care for them according to instruction, of course.Five stars, easily.Hope this helps your shopping! Thanks for reading. :)

The perfect lightweight non stick quality skillet!
Copper Chef skillets or pans are so easy to cook with and clean. They are truly no stick with using only the slightest bit of oil. Food absolutely does not stick and washing them is a breeze. Another thing I love about the them is that they are very light and yet not cheap feeling. I love to cook but at 69 large skillets full of food are impossible for me to work with. These skillets are so light weight that I can very comfortably pick them up with one hand and scrape out the food with the other. Also, the handles do not get hot yet can go into the oven. I have three sizes of these skillets and love them! I am on my second set of these pans because after 2-3 years of hard use, food does begin to stick a little. Because I use only silicon coated or wooden utensils they are not scratched and look great, but after a couple years they do lose that extreme slickness. But I do not mind replacing them since their prices are so low. I never use my stainless steel skillet any more and only use my cast iron if I am searing meat on a very high temperature. I absolutely love Copper Chef skillets!!!

Fine Quality Small Fry Pan With One Minor Flaw
This fry pan is an excellent piece of cookware. It is well built, strong, and easy to clean. It does have one minor shortcoming. That is the effectiveness of it "non-stick" coating. When cooking eggs, they tend to stick slightly around the edges. That sticking will decline during the cooking time for the eggs, but if you wait for the edges to unstick from the pan's surface by themselves, the center of the egg can overcook. This issue occurs when using the pan without cooking oil. A light brushing of oil does not seem to improve the problem. If you added a pool of oil, I'm relatively certain there would be little or no sticking when cooking eggs, but a "non-stick" coated pan is advertised to allow cooking without needing oil to prevent the food from sticking to the pan during the cooking cycle. However, this is a minor issue, as all the other foods I have cooked in this pan, so far, have had no sticking issues at all.

Fantastic Value - Works Great
I've had this 8" pan for about two months and have used it roughly 10 times. I found that it works extremely well for preparing smaller meals or components to add to bigger dishes/meals. The coating is so fantastic that most stuff easily slides out of the pan when hot just using gravity, and that I can usually add a little dishwashing detergent and use the faucet sprayer to clean the pan without even having to use any kind of scrubber. This pan is definitely worth the money. My only wish is that I could find a 10" version for cases when this pan is just a little too small and my other 12" pan is just too big. Otherwise, I highly recommend this pan.

Impressive Little Work Horse
I've been using this pan at least three times a week for the last month. Makes for a great egg pan. Butter makes it slide like silk. No turner needed, just flip the wrist and the eggs jump into the air. Clean-up is a breeze. Just try not to use abrasives or green scratch sponges on it to keep its seasoned finish as long as possible. I've burnt sugar and meat into it and have used water to clean it. I've used it on both gas and electric and I prefer gas, but either works well. Heat transfer is good and easy to control with flame adjustment.I've had no need to put this pan in the oven, but it would easily transfer into any one that's less than 500°F/260°C.If you must use tools, use nylon or wooden tools. I cannot stress this enough. Though the finish is strong enough to handle metal tools, there's less risk to no risk with nylon or wood.I absolutely recommend this pan for the lazy cook.
