 What a great chair! Having used this for about a month, I have been able to really test it out. My bottom, I am sure, would thank me if it could. The cushioning is great. Very bouncy and unlike some cheaper foam chairs does not just flatten over time. It's been a month with solid days of sitting and it has stood up to the test. I will edit my review should anything change in the next month. The back support is also very good. I have not had a chair provide this much support without the hefty price tag.There are two downsides, which I believe people will hold on to. The first is the back and the seat is connected, so tilting the chair back raises the seat front. The other is that the armrests cannot change position, they cannot be raised or lowered. Aside from these two, the chair is great. As this is a personal rating, I have to give it 5 stars. I have been using it for a month now, and being comfortable whilst sat down for almost 8 hours a day, really does make all the difference to your stamina. The good things about this chair:It has a comfy seatThe bad things:The seat arrived damaged, the corners had not been finished properly.The bolt holes do not align to the arms.The up down mechanism does not workThere was no Allen keyI suspect this chair had already been returned as there was damage to one arm and a tear in the material on the baseAll in all utterly disgusted for the price.I bought a chair from Tesco online for 2£25 which is far better than this one and didn't take me a hour to try to align the thing!

For the money this is a really good chair and comfortable. I am hoping that the sprung seat will last a lot longer than the simply foam cushion seats which simply collapse away to nothing within a few years. It was moderately easy to put together, but you will need an extra person to help out the seat back and cushion together with the arms. It took about 20 minutes to assemble.

I needed one as I am now working for home a number of days a week and what enticed me was the pocket sprung seat base.It took about 30 mins to put together on my own with all tools (Allen key) supplied as I did initially get the base adjustment piece (under the seat) round the wrong way (it was a 50:50 :-)) but is solid and having used for 3 days now am very happy with the all day comfort so far.

As comfortable as sitting in a Jag. Thick padded seat and back make for great comfort, and the sprung-feeling adds to the luxury. We liked the first one so much, my husband bought another. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant comfy chair and I’m by no means a light weight at 17.5 stone

Great piece of kit. The sprung base is really comfortable. It seems that it could be sat in comfortably for hours on end. What can't be predicted, of course, is how it will stand up over time. As others have commented, its lowest height setting means anyone of smaller statue might find their feet don't touch the floor when seated. For me though, the comfort of the base is the principle consideration.

ASSEMBLED IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE BUILD QUALITY AND COMFORT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
