A most promising purchase!
We haven't tried it out yet because it is a present for my wife. (Her birthday is coming.) However, we received the recommendation to buy a Soconic from a close friend, who is extremely impressed not only by its performance but also by the enthusiastic back-up. It is also excellent value for money!

Fab product, very lightweight and hardly any different to having a case on your phone. Very useful for nights out when your phone loses battery quickly taking pictures etc! Customer service very good too, got an email once product was received telling me there’s a years guarantee and asking if there was any problems. Would recommend to buy from them

Gave it a full charge as advised however when charging ...
I had one previously that did not work however a replacement was sent to me with no issue and that one works perfectlyGreat customer care

Faulty cover replaced instantly!
My phone cover was working perfectly but suddenly stopped charging. I contacted the Helpdesk and they've sent another one out straight away, they were really helpful...can't wait to receive it and start using it again!

Waste of money! Bought 2 and neither work
Absolute waste of money! Takes ages to charge, only has one full charge in the case and broke after 2 weeks!
