Crumbly, zingy, deep - everything you want from Parmesan - authentic, well aged. I keep it in a cool larder in a muslin bag, so I do not need to eat it all at once....

Great Cheese
This is vey good, fresh parmesan with a long shelf life. This is the second time I’ve purchased it, comes with extra grease proof paper for storage.
