Your on your own! Good camera with no support references.
Poor setup instructions. Camera has multiple menus to set with no guidance on ideal settings. No manufacturer information other than Made In China, no on-line support or customer support referenced with product. Very sensitive motion sensing that required almost the minimum sensitivity to avoid continuous recording during daylight. Not sure if camera has 2MP or 3MP lens. All references indicate a 2.8-12mm motorized lens, literature indicates motorized lenses are 2MP. Literature indicates 3MP lenses are 3.6mm. Seems to have high quality housing and mounting base deserving 5 stars. Video quality good with some pixel squares on nearby objects, Camera adjustment cable/remote is not convenient at all. May have to run a second cable if possible for remote to avoid having to remove camera when making setting adjustments as not all DVRs have capability to adjust all settings. Remote removed to avoid accidental menu activation while cables are fed in area under camera where your cables run. So far it does seem to be compatible with my Night Owl C-841-PIR3MP system purchased at Costco. Overall 3 stars due to lack of manual guidance and no support references.
