Glucosamine and Chondroitin Complex-120 High Strength Capsules with MSM, Vitamin C, Ginger, Rosehip & Turmeric Joint Care Supplements (Non-GMO, Gluten Free)

I’ve had knee pain for a good few month now. I read that Glucosamine and Chondroitin would help (especially when they have Tumeric and Ginger added) I wasn’t convinced, but the price was good so thought I’d give it a try. I can’t believe how well it has worked. My knees aren’t as strong as they used them be, and I still get the odd twinge but the pain went within a day or two. I couldn’t be happier. It’s making exercise easier, so hopefully can build the strength back up. It has also helped a pain I had in my neck. The only thing I would say is the packaging was not great. Someone has stuck a barcode over the storage and dosage instructions.

The pot is too small for the number of tablets it contained so many of the capsules were crushed particularly at the top. Now I’m getting further down the pot finding half shell casing with nothing in. The Glucosamine may be working it’s hard to tell but I wouldn’t purchase these again. Unfortunately the ones I normally buy were out of stock - lesson learnt!

Haven't had a desired effect even though I used up the whole package. Compared to the previous product I used, this one is of lower value
