the blade is too dull to cut anymore even I sharpen it with the ...
After cutting about 5 pounds of lamb, the blade is too dull to cut anymore even I sharpen it with the knife sharpener include numerous times. The vendor was thoughtful to include another blade because they know those blades are very poor quality and won’t last long. But it’s almost impossible to unscrewe the worn -out blade. So now the whole cutter is still to new to toss away yet too old to do its job.

This is a piece of crap. It came without a complete manual showing manufacturer or warranty information and a user will have to guess to put stuff together. Sharp edges all around the sheet metal may cause severe injury. Nuts and bolts included are not even food grade.5-start fake reviews about this product were posted on either 1/25/2018 or 2/5/2018. Amazon shall ban this product and its seller. I would be more than happy to give this negative 5 star.

I bought a ribeye steak to cut thin slices so that I could make philly cheese sandwiches. I did it thawed, half frozen, and frozen. I bought this slicer for that purpose only. I can not get it to cut crap even at very thin slices. Even if I can return it, I don't feel like tearing it all apart to send back. Total waste of my time. I went back to using a chef knife, works much better than this. I only bought it in the first place to maintain same thickness of meat. Save your money, use a Chef knife or get yourself around a $300 slicer.
