The Groovy Food Company Organic Cooking Spray with Virgin Coconut Oil 190ml (Pack of 12)

Absolutely vile and using this spray has ruined a new ceramic pan that was a good quality.Tasteless chemicals. Nothing at all like using actual coconut oil. I'll gp back to putting a tiny bit of pure oil.

Not even vaguely helpful as an oil spray, seems to be mostly water and horrible tasting flavouring which makes it pretty much useless for cooking anything!

I use this spray for all my frying .I love the hint of coconut and it dosent ruin my pans like another well known spray.

Waste of time buying the product after finding it contains alcohol. Interestingly the alcohol ingredient has been omitted from the ingredients advertised on the product listing (images attached).

Good date recieved, easy to use and great value.

Organic Alcohol not shown on product on Amazon, after recieving it, I see organic alcohol on the ingredients list. Misleading!
