I've had 3 neck surgeries, both shoulders repaired. I suffer from migraine headaches for 25+ years. I can't count how many pillows I have tried and given away. This is an awesome pillow!! I am amazed with the comfort and support. My neck is just in the right place for comfort. Sleeping on my side hurts my shoulders. With this pillow I fall asleep on my back and wake up on my back. It's wonderful. My headaches have so much better. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone who suffers from Neck, Back or Shoulder problems. I'm going to buy another for when I travel and to use on the couch. Wonderful product.

It was a forever search for a truly comfortable pillow. I’ve tried the memory pillows, the bean filled and rice filled. Then there was foam, solid and crumbled pieces, without neck pain relief, advised to use heat/ice and a rolled towel. Search led to down pillows, all thicknesses, types and costs. Most of them became covered pillows for my pets. In Amazon search, I happened on the different looking Anvo Cervical Neck Pillow for Neck and Shoulder Pain. I read reviews with skepticism of positive feedbacks citing their similar pain and helpful relief with the Anvo Cervical Neck Pillow. Its different appearance reminded me of supportive therapeutic devices I’ve used in PT. Ever hopeful for nighttime neck pain relief, I decided to give it a try, able to return if not satisfied. From the first nights use, there was surprising unexpected relief. The pillow has memory but with firm structure that provides pillow comfort and stability. Being a twenty year cpap user, the pillow still provides comfort with neck support that relieved my nighttime neck pain of many years. I do know that for my nighttime neck pain, my search finally ended.

I have been suffering from pain due severe cervical stenosis and herniated disks for several years now. I have tried different pillows, stacking pillows, adjusting my Sleep Number bed and had not found consistent pain relief. As I researched pain relief solutions for my neck, I ran across this pillow. I read through the description and reviews and decided to take a chance... I am very happy I did!! This pillow has finally provided me with the consistent neck pain relief I needed!! Although I am typically a side sleeper, this pillow has also allowed me to sleep on my back with no issues. Whether I am sleeping on my back or side, the support and pain relief is outstanding and amazing! Please note that I purchased the firm model and that I also sleep with a CPAP device due to sleep apnea. In addition to my pillow, I purchased 2 more, one for my wife and one for our 28 year old son. Although their neck issues are not severe as mine, they have also noticed a big difference in their sleep and relief of neck/shoulder pain due to the great support. Thank you for a great product!!

It seems to working well for my neck pain .The pillow is very firm and you can’t adjust it ( like bend or roll up ) .

This pillow is excellent. It is extremely comfortable and supports my head and neck in any sleeping position. I own it for over two years now and it still holds up perfectly, and it includes a pillow cover, which is washable and dries very quickly. I recommend this memory foam pillow to anyone struggling to sleep comfortably. You will not be disappointed!

I've spent dozens of hours researching pillows the last couple months. One of the pillows I pulled the trigger on was this Anvo pillow. Anvo has a line of five or so pillows as of right now but I chose this cervical one because I sleep pretty evenly on my side, back, and stomach. Also, I just like unique and quirky-looking pillows in general. I've been sleeping on this pillow about two weeks now and I have no complaints! I do have the firm version and it is, indeed, firm - which I like. I mention it because it is firmer than what other pillow companies consider firm, in my opinion. I really like the groove in the center for neck support, as well as the fact I can always simply turn the pillow around if I have no need for that kind of support. Now, I wasn't expecting for this center area to be comfortable while on my side as well but it definitely is, so don't feel the need to think you have to be at the outermost sides of the pillow to sleep on your side. Also, after reading some reviews and watching some videos, I didn't really have any expectations for the forearm grooves, but I find them to be purposeful and useful. I think that part might depend on one's size though. The pillow feels well-made. I'm always weary of subpar zippers on pillows/cases, but so far so good. Anvo support has been great. They don't ask for a positive / five star review which is refreshing. Overall, I'm very happy with the pillow. I'll try to update this review if anything changes.

It helped with neck pain but after a few months it lost its shape and goes flat.

I used to be a stomach sleeper but I bought this pillow to help me to learn to sleep on my side and back. Now I rarely sleep on my stomach due to this pillow keeping my neck supported. Love that I can use both sides depending on what kind of support I would like.

In comparison to the tempurpedic large cervical pillow this is much firmer and higher. It’s quality but firm. Keep that in mind. If you have owned an old tempur this will bump your head prolly another half height up. It doesn’t bring my neck back as much as I’d like but maybe with time. Been trying it for a while now and it’s good. Pillows are so unique and I can only make a comparison to a tempur-pedic large by saying it’s firmer, higher and slightly less comfortable than a “new” tempur-pedic but more comfortable than my old tempur. Value for money for people who like to have their heads higher off the bed. Not posting pic because Amazon wants access to everything at all times rah rah. Please change that Amazon.

It is too high, not really comfortable.

I had an insomnia and it gave nightmares. Not suitable for me.
