Surprisingly good quality for the price and the taste is nowhere near as bad as some of the reviewers claim!? My personal favorite is the chocolate peanut caramel. I've been on this for 2 months and have made very good gains so far. The protein blend appears to be something like 40/40/20 ( Whey, Casein, Soy Isolate) this was confirmed via an email to the manufacturer. I thought there would be more soy in it than that to be honest ( 5kg bag for £29 ? ) but heck I've gone past the point of caring about Soy these days, it gets a bad rap despite it being a complete protein source with a great amino acid profile. Would highly recommend if you're on a budget like me!

Alright doesn't mix to good in shaker still feel granules much better through blender but value for money not bad get what pay for will order again
