I was happy with the flosser and choose it because of it's small footprint. It worked fine and I recharged it a couple of times but this time the recharging did not work. It is deadupdate 9/18/18 I wrote a complaint to the company and they sent me a replacement. The replacement is a different style which contains some improvements such as plugin rather than battery.

There are a lot of reviews that say this Water Flosser is loud and does not work or stops working. Both of these happened with the one I purchased. However I traced both back to one fatal flaw. The water tank on this is not vented. The water is pumped out of the tank but nowhere do they allow air to be vented into the tank. You pull a vacuum when using it and it stops pumping. If you fill it half full it works OK but if you fill it full it stops working almost immediately. What ever pump they have internally just can't pull the water from the tank when you pull a higher vacuum in the tank. If the pump can't pull the water or runs dry it makes a lot of noise. Also it does quite down after a short break in period.The solution to this is to drill a small 1/16 hole at the top back of the tank. Works great after this one simple fix. Make sure it's in the top back so water does not run out when you fill the tank.

WEll, it was not that cheap to begin with, but I liked the way it was working, until January of 2019 when it started becoming belligerent, on and off. Now it stopped completely. I have Waterpique one for a home for the last 5 years and still works just fine. Save your money, go with what has been proving itself for many years.

It works. I need two tanks of water to finish one floss.Why 2 stars? 1) there is no indicator of battery depletion (when it is in need of charging) and battery full (when it is being completely charged). 2) What is hell that the charging plug is located underneath the bottom and it can not stand straight up when it is charging?

Worked well but hard to clean tank. After about 4 months had to retire it because rank was gross and could not clean it easily... need be able to get some scrubber in talk si clean thoroughly or gets too gross and full of germs to use
