I love this so much that I just ordered a second one. As a licensed massage therapist, this is perfect for mobile massage. Heats fast. Caution because it does get very hot on the higher settings. It does not charge, only heats when plugged in, but it does hold the heat for several minutes, so I could see using unplugged and then plugging it back in to reheat. Also the cord is nice and long so it’s also easy enough to use while plugged in too. Be careful not to leave this plugged in and unattended. I’m thinking I’ll probably set it on a ceramic dish or something while it heats, would not leave it sitting on something like fabric or wood. Highly recommend!! Very nice product.

As a licensed massage therapist I have used this within my practice and me and my clients love it! It heats up fast so there is not as much prep to getting it ready for the client, it can get too hot though so use with caution. I set it to the third level (blue light) and it seems to be a good temperature. I take it off the cord while using it with clients and the heat stays with the stone for a good amount of time but will put it back on the cord to warm up again probably halfway through an hour session if I am wanting to use it again later in the session so it does not cool down too much. I do fast movements and not set it on the skin for more than a couple seconds with the heat that it gets too, but works great to relax calf muscles and low back. Overall good product

This little thing gets very hot on the high setting, so please before using it on yourself or another start on a lower heat and work it up as needed.It works great if you take the time to let it heat fully and then test it. While the heft of it makes it sometime harder to hold, it makes up for the pressure you can add to your massage with minimal effort; feeling like a hot stone massage.

I love this massage accessory so freaking much that when I tested it out on my husband and myself I didn’t want to take it to work to use on my massage clients and just keep it for myself lol! So needless to say I’m buying a second one! I highly recommend this product, especially if you’re a massage therapist, your clients will love it just like mine do! I recommend testing the temperatures out on your self so you know how hot the differences are. In my opinion leaving it on the blue light setting is perfect the next levels get pretty hot and it stays hot after unplugging it for about 8 minutes. I LOVE IT! GET IT!

The heat control doesn’t work. It gets HOT. And want cool off inless you turn off. Would like to get another one

I love this massage tool, but have one major issue with it. All of the heat settings except the lowest one are too hot to use on skin. A recalibration of the heat settings so that there are more temperatures available in ranges comfortable for human tolerance would be appreciated.

I love this Bianstone device! I will buy a second Bianstone soon. I only wish there was just one setting at lower temperature for my sensitive clients. I just use a cover for the more sensitive.. but overall a great device and great customer service.
