First impression is that these are too hard for "medium density". They would have been fine, though, if the arch bump was in the right spot. Sadly, that's not the case. In the attempt to make them one-size-fits-all, the arch support is too close to the heel. This works only for smaller feet, where you have to trim some of the front of the part to fit it inside the shoe. At the larger end of the size range these supposedly cover, the arch support is simply in the wrong place, making them unusable. Or, at least, I could not use them. Other than that, they seem well-made.

I picked these up as I had worn through my ones from the doctor and these are fabulous. I wear them daily, they are as good as the ones from the doctors.

Didn't fit in my shoe so couldn't really test it out

I have purchased these from my chiropodist in the past so I knew they would fit. Comfortable and they do the job!

I was given some slim flex simple insoles by the podiatrist. I then bought some spares which were exactly the same. The full size comfort were for my walking boots and are excellent although I had to trim them down a bit to fit.

Extra comfortable didn’t need to cut them down good fit.Cheaper than high street prices..

Great item. Brilliant that these can be bought online. Easily trimmed as they were a bit big.
