71210 Nature DX 10x25 Monocular, Black

Delivered bang on time and well packaged. I purchased this item as it was made by Celestron, a well known manufacturer of telescopes. The scope itself is made of a material similar to the type of material you find on expensive cars like Jaguar and Audi etc. It feels nice to the hold and fits snugly in the hand. The focus bezel turns nicely, and does not feel slack or cheap. The lens when viewed, is sharp and clear and I wear spectacles, no problems at all. It comes with a quality cleaning cloth similar to the Carl Zeiss Jena cloth I use on my spectacles. It has a good quality case to hold it when not in use and should fit in your pocket easily. If your on holiday in a warm climate and not dressed for the British outdoors, it also comes with a strong but neat carry strap. Really pleased with this purchase. UPDATE...............just back from a two week holiday at Torremolinos. The scope worked really well, mountain and ocean views were superb.

This was a present for a casual bird watcher and they are well pleased with it. It's very light and compact and the optics are very clear and sharp in normal daylight. The focus ring is a bit stiff as commented on by others so you can't really operate it one handed so knocked a star off for that, but overall good value, good quality.

The celestron monocular is very good with very clear optics, it's quick to focus on the subject you are viewing ideal size,the only downside is the focus wheel is a bit stiff to operate with one hand,but I can live with that. Very happy with it.

After carefully researching the other options available, this model was selected. Reason for 3 stars and return for refund? The specifications state near focus distance of 18 feet, but my example would not focus to less than 100 feet. The mid point on the focus ring achieved sharp focus at infinity which meant the remaining range above infinity was not required and may have compromised the ability to focus at a closer distance. It was disappointing to return the product because it was well made, robust, had good accessories and has great potential.

I have double vision and cannot manage binoculars. Just does not work. I tried this as covering one eye improves my vision. This works really well and slips into a pocket easily.

Great monocular. Easy to focus and hold and with diopta correction for your eyes. Has a handy eyecup that can be adjusted for glasses or not. Well made, robust, nice grip. Very light so doesn't fatigue you to hold it steady. One small criticism, the eye piece is adjustable and had some very weak glue on it, which wasn't needed as it friction stays in place, the glue gave way on the first use but read easily cleaned off and there's no difference without it. For birds, bats or nosey neighbours, this is a must have.

I’ve often been on a walk and wished I’d taken my binoculars to look a bit closer at a bird, a building, or just to see if that thing on the river bank is a beaver or a bin bag. I then remember how heavy they are.. Enter the monocular. This one is compact, lightweight and offers a surprisingly decent bit of zoom at whatever you’re looking at. Trusted brand, half decent case, nice feel in the hand.. all round I’d say very good value for money. Looking a bit like a pirate when using it is a bonus I didn’t expect.

Surprised by the optical quality. On par with larger bushnell that I have. Want it for travel so super compact is what I was looking for. Obviously trade offs with how robust it seems (plastic) but still solid. Curious no lens protection came with it except soft case.

Per l’uso che ne faccio è ottimo non ha la qualità di uno Zeiss ma considerando il coso è perfetto.

A clareza e nitidez da imagem é surpreendente. Estou plenamente satisfeito.
