Excellent budget choice
Don't be fooled by the whingers that expect something that ticks every possible box at a price point where that is impossible.This is a good 80% blend without too much rubbish added in like other cheap options.Is it 100% whey? No. Is it something you relish drinking? Again, no, but nor is it awful, the people saying it is need to get out more. It's worst quality is a slight grainy quality that can be rectified by using more liquid than the instruction suggest, the taste is fine, you wouldn't buy it in a restaurant but which protein powder would you buy for it's taste??. Does it mix perfectly? No. But it's okay, a 20 second stir will get it to the stage where there's a few lumps. A blender will probably get it perfect.Does any of that really make a difference? It's primary purpose is to do a job and it does that admirably. Deserved 5 star for quality to price performance.

Get what you pay for really.
Not a bad tasting protein powder, however that said it does require alot if mixing and even then leaves a gritty taste in the mouth. Worth the price for the amount you recieve (5kg), but would not pay any more than the £34 I paid. All in all a not bad protein mix.

Dont waste your money, brought for other half as soon as he opened it it had damp a very strong damp smell to it. He still went ahead to try it and it flavourless and does not mix very well. will not be buying again. better of spending another £10 and buying Matrix anabolic banana flavour is lush

Carful guys. I have used this for months. On the face of it it's very cheap, very tasty and not too high carb / sugar ratio, perfect yes? Maybe it. This is not just whey, it's mixed with SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE, a cheap alternative to whey. Some studies show it has less protein synthesis than whey but the big this is this, SOY produces a hormone called daidzein as well as one other I can't remember. These act the same way as estrogen ( the female hormone ) thus lowering your testosterone and even in some cases causing gynomastia. Lay off SOY guys and fitness companies get a grip and stop fooling customers
