Really impressed with the quality of the TV, package was lost first time by Amazon got a refund, I then proceeded to buy it directly from their website where they gave me a discount. Great customer support and staff 9/10 I received a lot of help on this matter and the attention that was needed. The quality of the product its self is really impressive for the price, the stands on the TV are a little hard to set up but are very sturdy once up. Picture quality and sound 9/10. Great product however have had issues using the DLNA function and the screen mirroring is temperamental. I've resorted to getting a chromecast instead which seems to work fine with the TV. Important to make sure you have base as wide as the TV (if not wall mounted) as the feet are very wide, however very stable.Internet connection seems to work fine as do HD functions and there is a Netflix button on the remote which is very handy (only for Netflix users like myself of course!)Would recommend due to the great price and quality of TV.

Out of the box it was a really nice tv with a great picture but 3 months down the line it won't turn on and I am having 'issues' trying to get it fixed

Beautiful picture really stunning 4K, built in wifi & built in HD freeview tuner really makes it not worth having my sky subscription anymore. Didn't realise freeview was so goodFew downsides I've found are only 2hdmi ports, not quite as smart as my old smart tv, the one app I really wanted is not on there and not available and it's Amazon tv service. Also we have a NAS with movies and pictures on but I've not yet found away to connect to that but it doesn't mean it's not possible!Sound quality is reasonable but much improved with a soundbar.For the price it's very good value

Tv is good quality and the picture is good but the remote broke within a week. Not really what you expect, even if it wasn't a top of the range brand

Excellent TV, great value for money.

Love it but as the reviews said, the sound is not as good as it could be. I will just have to buy a sound bar :)
