Preheat the oven to 350°F Cream the butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, scraping bowl occasionally. Add mix and water to bowl, Blend until just combined. Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet using a rounded tablespoon (or roll dough into 20 balls), Space 2 inches apart. Bake for 13-15 minutes until slightly golden around the edges Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Makes 20 cookies.
