its such a nice mug , helps me not to carry any spoon or any sturrer around with me in office , the magnet is very strong and it mix coffee very well

Hole in the handle
There is a hole in the handle which allows water to enter and fill the inside of the plastic. Low quality.

Stopped working after a few uses
Bought this to replace another brand's model which is now unavailable on Amazon. Despite costing more, this is of far inferior quality. Has basically stopped working after 6 or 7 uses. Not worth the money. Even more annoying that I'm 1 day outside of the return period. Amazon, I want a refund!!!
