we have had this finely made toy for a few years, our grandchildren play with it a lot, they are 2, 4, 5. Everything is secure, no loosening after hours of play. And the use the magnet for other objects, like loading trains, doing magnetic puzzles.

Q: Is this toy too "young" for a 6-year-old boy who has asked for "a toy truck?"

It may be. The truck is about 15 inches long and the cars are maybe 4 inches. We bought it for our 2 year old grandson. He loves picking up the cars with the magnet on the truck.

My 4 year old grandson loves it as does my two year old grandson.
