I have always enjoyed all of Now's products, and this one is no exception. It's a great value for the price, and the quality of the Astaxanthin in these tablets is equally if not better than some of the competitors to cost more money. I've purchased a few other brands before, and I will likely stay with this one. I wouldn't want them any stronger , And I only take one every day. That's all I need. I would not want to do much more because they do have a laxative effect which can be a bit uncomfortable if you're not careful. The tablets are small enough for you to swallow comfortably and not feel like you're choking. Astaxanthin always makes my skin feel softer, and at age 67 I still have zero wrinkles on my skin! People complement my skin and tell me I don't look my age, and I attribute this partially to using supplements like this one. Well worth the money.

After a bit of research on the relationship between gut health and OCD I thought I'd try inulin in an attempt to improve mine in a way that should hypothetically help. So far, I feel like my OCD is slightly improved. The more notable effect has been on my digestion. Things are definitely moving along better, but without the gas and cramping, greater intensity of other prebiotic or fiber supplements. I'd recommend giving it a try at least.
