Have to work to get the batteries in place
The battery holder was just what I wanted and the price was okay. After mounting in place, it took effort to install the batteries due to the design of the plastic holder. The upside is they won't fall out easily.

Worked well for applications I need. Would recommend this product.

Works
I only used one of these holders, and it worked fine. The batteries are a snug fit, but that's ok, they're not going to pop out. The easiest way to get the batteries in is to put the negative end of the battery in first and push is completely to the side (i.e. compress the spring), then the positive terminal slides into place. I used this to provide a 3V alternative on a sensor and it worked great.
