They ship a vest with no weights and terribly made holes to add ‘any kind’ of weights.They recommend you add ‘metal rods’ or ‘sand’. Which in my experience creates an issue as an average individual doesn’t commonly own a set of 30 ‘metal rods’ that need to be perfectly fitting into to the stupid pocket hole dimensions they created and the sand seeps through the cheap fabric of the vest and overall does not have solidity to it which makes the vest not only itchy but wobbly and unbalanced. Probably the worst thing I purchased on the app.
