Nice big bag for a great price. Kinda weird that the bag wasn't sealed other than just with a resealable strip, but the chips were clean, slightly most, and will be perfect for all my plants.

Really happy with this purchase. I had been looking for pine chips but most were very pricey for such a small amount. This is a huge box and all the chips are uniform in size. Will purchase again and look forward to trying their other sizes

My Bad! Should have done my homework! This bark is way overpriced which is especially sad considering it's moldy. There is visible moisture in the bag. I had to dry it out in the sun for two days to kill the mold. And get this ... this bark comes from CHINA! Do we not have enough Fir trees in the US (specifically the Pacific Northwest) to support this effort? And NO! There is NOT 9 Qts. of bark in this bag. Shop around my friends!

I like how small the pieces are, will work well for my soil mixture I make for my houseplants. As far as the pancaking goes, I’d give it 0 stars. I opened the box and pulled on the bag thinking both sides would be closed, nope, the whole bag spilled on my carpet. That was pretty annoying. They should AT LEAST tie the opening closed.

I didnt do much reading, i knew what product to get bc a friend sent the listing but i didnt realize i should’ve read mire about it, only to fond that out today when i got this is the mail lol. For one it came in a garbage bag in a box, that couldve been opened more and tied but was half hazardly opened enough to put the bark chips in and fold the bad over, it had another foots worth of depth in the bag where it couldve been tied off, so it was messy opening. BUT ANOTHER THING I was s t u. Pid and didnt realize that small means small CHIPS not small bag 🤣🤣🤣🤣 dont make the mistake i did lolol, to use less product go with large or medium! ( i wouldve done large) i had to use more than half the bag for 8 house plants (3 4in, 3 5in, 2 6in) and filled a soil bag with my remaining mixture. No matter what, this product will benefit your plants, and i highly recommend!
