Absolute poor quality, looks like a toy. Not recommended at all.

I had my doubts about this product. I have severe Ocular Rosacea and a lot of eye pain and atrophied and clogged meibomian ducts. This eyelid and facial massager gives a gentle and even heat, and soft massage. I put some eye ointment on my eyelids and around them before I use the massager so that it glides over skin without pulling. I also use a moist heat eye cover immediately prior to using the massager. The moist part of the heat helps tremendously. This device charges quickly and the charge lasts a long time, multiple days at least. It is very light weight. My only complaint is that it is very slightly awkward to hold since you must have your hand touching the bottom of the device in order for the unit to massage. The massage action turns off immediately when you lose contact with the bottom of the device. I highly recommend this device for people with eyelid duct dysfunction, and as a general soothing massage for the area around your eyes.

I actually got this based on another reviewer who has the same eye condition as I do where the ducts are clogged leading to severe dry eye. My optometrist was urging me to finance an $1800 procedure that would need to be repeated every 6 months to unclog them. As a VERY poor person, this was an insult and as it turns out, the procedure is medically unnecessary because the same result can be achieved with little devices like this one that provides just the right amount of heat safely to the area. I've noticed that when I use this at night along my lash line, when I wake in the morning, my eyes are gooey, then moist for the rest of the day, which doesn't sound pleasant, but neither is severe dry-eye. CLEARLY, the ducts are being unclogged. I think the vibration helps with that, too. I'm deducting a star because while it works for my eye issue, it hasn't helped the circles at ALL.

I think it’s wonderful exactly what I was looking for to compliment my routine. I use the medicube but I have super saggy one eye lid and it drives me nuts. Now I can lay in bed and do localized treatment so easily with this little gem. I love The warm massage if it cooled this would be even better!! I’m hoping to see results.
