My Mum ordered this table and chairs full of excitement at getting new outdoor furniture from what appears to be a reputable company.Is it too much to expect delivery by 8pm on the date Humber specified meaning not leaving the house at all then at 8pm see that the delivery details have miraculously changed to a 4 day window with no time.Is it too much to then expect Humber to deliver when you receive a text message to say your deliver will be today? Again, not leaving the house all day?Nobody is expecting Humber to go over and above simply delivering what a customer has paid a lot of money for with no means of contacting them to question their delivery terms.Humber will take your money and run. If you do not want stress then shop somewhere else.

The seller called on day of purchase to inform of 1 month delay in delivery. One month later, I had not heard anything, so chased it up and was told that there is a further delay of three weeks... However, the chairs and seat pads were dispatched that same day and arrived promptly and in excellent condition the next day. However, I am still waiting for the table. I gave it 3 stars because of the delay. The quality deserves 5 stars really. For anyone in desperate need of garden furniture, do not order this set!
