These work well, just don’t inhale too strongly! It will give you brain freeze!

I love using these when I feel a migraine or even nausea helps calm my body down a lot. My only issue is that the smell is so strong when I first got it I could smell it even in my room with the cap on. Last a while. No issues with leaking while traveling.

They didn’t work for me, but they are clearly a high quality product by a company that wants to deliver to migraines relief. I think it’s all body chemistry and it might not work for me or you but it’s not because it’s a shoddy item.

Ok, it has to be said, I love nasal inhalers. These are now my new favorite. I even gave some away to friends so they could understand why I love them. Great for headache relief and for a little pick-me-up instead of caffeine

this has been an ABSOLUTE lifesaver for my granddaughters tmj issues. tmj triggers headaches they wont go away for days and these are by far the only thing that provides her any relief! small enough for a purse or small wallet too!

This absolutely helps when you have a migraine just breathe a bit in and it will help ease the stress on the brain causing the inflammation in your head to decrease therefore slowly deteriorating the migraine.
