Review of Pressure Relief Seat Cushion, Seat Cushions for Office Chairs, Sciatica Pain Relief Pillow, Tailbone Pain Relief Cushion, Gel Seat Cushion, Desk Chair Cushion, Car Seat Cushions for Driving purchased at $30 on sale from $53.99, plus a 5% coupon off. Both of my part time jobs require most of my time being seated. The office chairs provided are not very comfortable and a lot of different people use them. I’m a big guy at 6’ 2” and 250 pounds. Already broken down chair bottoms do not remain comfortable for any period of time. I ordered this seat cushion because it was not exclusively memory foam, which in my experience tends to break down and harden quickly in most cases. This cushion is a combination of memory foam and gel. I like that it is shaped like the contour of the buttocks as opposed to just flat. I like that it has a removable cover that I can wash. I like that it is black so that it blends in with most chairs. The bottom of the cover is made to help stop the cushion from sliding around. I will update this if I find that it falls short over time. I did use this for much of a 14-hour shift, and it stayed mostly comfortable throughout. I was unable to find the warranty information on it. From China.

I have had severe tailbone pain on and off for years. It has become more constant with working from home, and a recent fracture in my lower back. I have been using a harder cushion that is to relieve tailbone pain for a few years now, but that was starting to add to my pain. I saw the Pamasana Seat Cushion while researching and the price and description fell into exactly what I was looking for. The cushion arrived in less than 48 hours with Prime, and is so comfortable I am kicking myself for waiting to try it so long. I loved it so much, upon the advice of my doctor, I purchased another one the next day to keep in just the car for commuting, traveling and everyday errands. It is comfortable, does not slide around on the seat, and does not add too much height, like my other did. I do not even have to adjust my mirrors. If I had a need for a third one I'd buy one! I would recommend this product to my family and friends.

This seat cushion is very comfortable and well made. It supports my thighs and back very well. I use it primarily in my car. I do not experience back pain during or after a long trip, but my bottom goes numb after about 30 minutes. The cushion does not aggravate my sciatica, but it does not provide the tailbone relief of my donut cushion. I will continue to use it since it is so comfortable otherwise.

I originally wrote a 1-star review, but then I realized I had it positioned backward! You'd expect the brand name to face outward from the chair, but it's the other way around. Anyway, once that was sorted out, this cushion has turned out to be really good! It's good and firm, but has enough give to be cushiony for this 210-pound woman. I'm not sure the shape will actually help with my sciatica, since it feels like it squishes down pretty evenly when sat upon, but it won't make it *worse*, so there's nothing to lose! It made my old chair more comfortable, and raised me up a couple of inches, which makes my desk setup more ergonomic.

Researched lots of reviews before settling on this one. I have a gamer chair which doesn't have the best seat cushion after sitting for many hours. Wanted to get pressure off my coccyx bone and this does just that. When you sit down it's not like a soft pillow feel, it's a more of a soft hard feel and after a second your but sinks in a bit but not to much. They found the happy medium between softness and support. I've 100% noticed less back pain and soreness after sitting for 6+ hours. Also noteworthy is my chair is vinyl and would cause but sweat, not with this cushion it lets your body breath and has a bit of a cooling effect when you first sit down.

Works great if you're awake. Bought it for sciatica but you can't keep it between your knees while sleeping.

I ordered and used this pre/post knee replacement, got better, didn’t need, and now need again one year later with bone on bone hip pain & need for total hip replacement. I ordered one for my partner who has a sit down desk job & he states this has made a huge difference-eliminating back and joint pain from extensive sitting. I ordered a second one for me to have one in the house (dining room chair) and one in the car. The one in the car is great because there are some restaurants, etc with really uncomfortable wood or metal chairs - and if I encounter this I just get the cushion from the car and bring it in- it has a convenient handle on the side for carrying. So I basically don’t have to exclude places to eat, etc. it’s been a very useful purchase

I purchased this seat cushion for my mom who fell and broke her hip. The cushions in the hospital and rehab facility were totally inadequate. Mom was in so much pain and was so uncomfortable. I searched a number of cushions and settled on this product after reading all the reviews and the product description. My mom is SO happy with this cushion and continually shares how comfortable it is and how it has reduced her pain to zero. It is very well made and durable. We couldn't be more happy with this seat cushion and give it the highest recommendation! No more pain, complete comfort, high durability, easy to clean...a great product!

I received the cushion in a timely fashion. The first item had a broken zipper but the company sent me a new product to replace it the next day. Excellent customer service. The cushion is quite thick, so it does add some height along with support. It’s also firm and doesn’t feel like it will flatten out too quickly and become useless. The bottom of the cushion cover has little rubber circles so that the cushion doesn’t slip off the chair when you sit down. I got the cushion because I’m five feet and just missing a few inches to be sitting in an ergonomically correct fashion with a 28 inch heigh desk. This cushion fit my standard size office chair and also gave me those extra inches to be able to work correctly. The cushion could also work well for driving. Just a yell out to my fellow on-the-small-side peeps. Would recommend.

I bought this to put on my truck seat as it is so uncomfortable. I haven’t done any long distance driving yet, but I am hoping that this cushion will help. So far, I have tried it just on regular chairs and it is comfortable and seems to form to the body well.

I have a lot of back issues and this cushion is fantastic! It's soft while providing enough support to relieve some pressure in my lower back, making it quite helpful on bad pain days. I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my 2010 Toyota Tacoma pickup as the seat is low and doesn’t have the ability to be raised. The Arcane Strive cushion is a perfect fit and it is firm enough that it gives me the added height I need. Although it is firm it is also soft enough to be very comfortable. I am pleased with this product.
