It's good it's got good sound it's fun and has pretty good range, good quality it's pretty good functionality wise I'll be testing the battery life so far it's really good and the battery has last a good while so far and this seems fun for school I'm gonna give these to my friends at school later definitely recommend only complaint is the belt clip is hard to remove and you need to take it off on all 3 in order to get the batterys in otherwise perfect

They seem to scan without prompting.

Definitely did not work past 30 yards, easy to use kids can play in the yard with them that's about it.

If you can't remove the belt clip you can't put batteries in
It took me forever to remove the belt clip to put the batteries in for 1 of them, the second on i gave up and returned them. You can't communicate with only 1 walkie talkie...

Great for hiking or camping!
I ordered these to use when out camping or riding on the trails. They work very well for short distances (I haven't tried them long distance yet!). The audio is clear and the amount of features included is great! I love that you can select between several main and sub channels, select different tones, and lock down the settings to prevent from accidentally changing them. It also has a backlit screen for use in low light settings. The compact size is perfect for carrying around without the bulkiness of other more expensive units. The bright colors make them easily noticed if you misplace one.These also include a headphone jack, but I haven't been able to find a good quality headset that works will with these.
