Eagerly awaited, un-boxed it to find a very cheap and tacky plastic phone in a colour I didn't order, the image promises much more and looks like it has rubber coating and more protection, which it doesn't, it feels more like a childs toy than an adult mobile phone, struggled to open the back to insert the battery and sim cards, had to use something to pry it open which resulted in the cheap plastic being damaged, couldn't insert the memory card as the metal slot bent sliding it in, there's no weight to it considering it's supposed to be 'robust', the navigation key is frustrating to use and the sound quality is very poor, advertised as a builders phone, but I doubt anyone could hear much from it on any building site?! If I could give this item less than 1 star I would. terrible product.

This is a very good dual sim phone at a very good price. Although the discription of Rugged Builders Phone is a bit misleading as it is no more rugged than any other phone

the phone does everything it should I though it would be a bit bigger than it was keys are big enough and its easy to work so will see how it stands up to my builder husband

Sent it back. "Rugged" is a complete misrepresentation, as it was the same rubbish plastic as other cheap phones, must moulded to be knobbly. Screen too small, letters invisible without powerful specs.
