| Care Instructions | Apply 2-6" of bedding to your pet's home. Remove damp spots or soiled areas between changes and replace with fresh bedding. Clean the cage completely once a week by scrubbing the bottom of the cage and soiled accessories with warm water and a gentle soap and replacing dirty litter and bedding. Rinse and dry everything completely before returning it to the cage., As with any changes to your pet's care, you should observe your pet closely for changes in behavior. Potential risk of impaction exists if you pet ingests a significant amount of any type of bedding. If you suspect impaction, discontinue use immediately and seek veterinary care. |

Excellent floor covering for Degu cages.
Very good, worth the price. Degus are not easy to get the setup right for, this stuff is great. Single layer over the floors and it's good from clean-to-clean. Absorbs well, doesn't start to smell quickly (Degus are not extremely messy in that respect but with 5 in a larger cage setup it can get un-fresh quicker than it might, Caresfresh is the best I've used and I have tried a lot of other things).

Great for little critters
I use this product for my nephew‘s hamster cage as I was looking after the little critter while my nephew was on holiday. I noticed how badly the cage would smell. This actually is quite good. It’s easy to clean and if you just leave a small amount of the original Sawdust with their urine and poo poo on it so that the hamster or whatever critter is in the cage knows its scent it will settle into the cage nicely but definitely recommend this for any small critters
