I was so happy with this product, the engraving was beautiful and I loved the amount of choice when picking the message. I later asked for a symbol to be added and they said that was no problem at all and added it for me. When it arrived it was so gorgeous and I knew my friend would love it!The customer service was brilliant again because my friends chain broke and as soon as I emailed they shipped me another chain straight away.Would highly recommend

This item was class. It was so much better than the picture. So pleased with it.

This was purchased as an extra little gift for my sons 37th Birthday. He is a musician specialising in guitar. I was absolutely delighted with this lovely pick. Beautifully engraved. Well worth the money. It came in a presentation box and delivered very quickly.

A lovely gift

I wouldn't normally write a review but I had to for this. From the start the instructions of how to get your message engraved was very clear and there are check up and confirmation emails to ensure that it is done.I received the necklace withing 2 days with free gift bag as requested and my messages on both sides.One small problem is a scratch in one of the letters which is a little annoying but it isn't something that has ruined the item completely. I love it and I hope my boyfriend does too when I give it to him on Valentines Day!Brilliant customer service, brilliant product, very happy customer haha :-)

Good item and customer service

Arrived in good time but a little flimsy and chain broke 2nd time wearing it

Amazing product. I wanted to get my guitar mad boyfriend something for Valentines' Day that wasn't overly soppy (he doesn't like that kind of stuff!) and this was perfect. The engraving is beautifully done and exactly like what was shown in the customiser. I also had a request for a love heart on one of the lines and emailed the seller, who responded promptly. I would definitely recommend this product.
