I never get headaches and I've had two nights of headaches. I honestly can't remember the last time great product. I've been on it for almost a month. Yes it takes a few days to get used to and you might get a small headache the first few days but it's definitely worth it. The headaches stop and your brain normalizes.

This supplement is a keeper, so say my kids. Has anyone had their periods change? Not long after starting this I had my period, heavier than normal. Then started again a week after I stopped the last one. Other than that, I feel like my mood is better and I have slept better. My exhaustion is the same though. Just ordered my second bottle. But the next day started my period two weeks early.
