These posts work great for fencing off the garden and keeping out basic animals. I don’t think I would use them for deer or any type of livestock, but for dogs, cats, skunks and opossums, the are plenty strong to hold the fence. I have used three different heights of these and the longer ones can twist when driving in due to the light build and type of dirt.

These poles are about half the weight/thickness of the 6-foot U-posts that you'll find at your local big-box home improvement store. That doesn't mean they're bad - you just have to use them appropriately. I'm intermingling them with some "normal" u-posts that I picked up locally. I'm anchoring the corners of my fencing with the normal thickness posts and then alternating these spindly posts with the normal ones on straightaways. I'm using 14 gauge 2" x 4" galvanized, welded wire fencing. I wouldn't recommend these posts for anything except poultry netting (chicken wire) or for filler like what I'm doing.

Arrived in good condition but definitely not a heavy-duty post. Warp when using a t-post driver and more flexible than I expected.

Very flimsy posts, will not buy again

these delivered today and the ends were already bent. driving them in the ground they kept trying to twist. then once they were in the ground, they are very flimsy.

The post are the perfect height but were not as sturdy as I'd hope they'd be. I found some at home depot that were much sturdier and less expensive.

Mad at myself for being an incautious shopper, but what a complete and utter waste of my time these "fence posts" turned out to be! They were constructed (pressed) from flat sheet metal of a shockingly thin gauge more appropriate to containing cans of dead tuna meat than anything living and walking around. -- Anything that might accidentally fall against it. *Of course* they were also > 100% overpriced.If your need is for a fence that is puppy-tight, mouse-high, and butterfly-strong, these would probably be an OK bet. Otherwise, invest in some actual fence poles.
