Too soon too tell but i seem to be more energetic

I have tried quite a few brands of cordyceps mushroom powders and most of those were extracts which while smelling stronger do not have the full nutrients left like this powder does. This powder has been dehydrated at low temperatures so is higher quality. The powder isn’t super fine, I prefer that as it adds body to my dishes. I am not a fan of making tea from cordyceps, but I love it added to ground coffee and I also enjoy adding it to casseroles, stews and soups as well as stir fries and curries. The health benefits from this mushroom are fantastic so not only are you getting a nice addition to your coffee and cooking you benefit from it too. A nice sized bag, 200g is a lot of mushrooms.

Super lecker, aber löst sich nicht so gut auf. Alleine im heißen Wasser schmeckt es bisschen erdig. Ich Rühre es in Gemüse Brühe ein, dann schmeckt es super:) Auch im essen als topping (Reis zb) super lecker. Hat was von umami. Wirkung kann ich noch nicht sagen

Bewertet wird das Cordyceps Sinensis Pulver vom Hersteller Sevenhills Wholefoods mit einem MHD 12.11.25 Was fällt als erstes auf: - Geliefert in einem wiederverschließbaren Zip-Beutel der eine gute Qualität hat und sich problemlos schließen/öffnen lässt - Ausschließlich 200 Gramm werden angeboten zu einem sehr günstigen Preis im Vergleich zu Mitbewerbern - Das Pulver kommt aus China --) wertungsfrei - Geschmack ist für Cordyceps Sinensis sehr untypisch und schmeckt sehr intensiv - Nährwerte unterscheiden sich mitunter stark von Mitbewerbern (viel mehr Kalorien und Eiweiß, dafür weniger Kohlehydrate - Wirkung gefühlt etwas schlechter, zumindest mein Eindruck nach knapp zwei Wochen im Einsatz - Farblich dunkler als andere Pulver Dosierungsempfehlung vom Hersteller: Empfohlen werden täglich bis zu 2 Gramm, welche in Heißgetränke bzw. zu Eintöpfen bzw. Suppen beigemischt werden kann. Meine Meinung zu dem Produkt: Hatte mittlerweile schon verschiedene Cordyceps Sinensis Pulver im Einsatz und die gingen geschmacklich alle in die gleiche Richtung, dieses Produkt schmeckt komplett anders. Es hat einen sehr sehr starken Geschmack der schwer definierbar ist, für mich eine Mischung aus Brot und nussig. Die Nährstoffwerte vom Produkt unterscheiden sich ebenfalls mitunter deutlich von den Mitbewerbern, das ist aber wertungsfrei. Entscheidend bei einem solchen Produkt ist aber die Wirkung und hier ist mein persönlicher Eindruck, das Pulver wirkt weniger intensiv. Die empfohlenen "bis zu 2 Gramm" vom Hersteller sind lt. medizinischen Studien auch sehr niedrig angesetzt, zumeist werden positive Veränderungen ab 3 Gramm berichtet. Aber selbst nach einer Woche mit einem Teelöffel (3-4 Gramm) ist die Wirkung für mich enttäuschend. Das ist meine persönliche Meinung und bei anderen Personen kann es mitunter besser wirken. Ich für meinen Teil werde das Produkt natürlich aufbrauchen, aber von einer erneuten Bestellung werde ich absehen.
