I had purchased these a couple of years ago from boots and they really helped with my hunger. I looked in boots recently to repurchase, but couldn't find them, so was glad to find them on Amazon. If I have one of these before lunch it helps me not overeat, I was able to drop a couple of pounds before holiday by using this product for about a month.

It works, I've stopped picking between meals and my portion sizes have reduced .... But it doesn't mix very well and I have to hold my nose to drink it as it tastes like plastic - I will see it through to the end of the box but I will look at other similar products once I'm done, there has to be one that tastes better.

This is a terrible product, the powder does not break down in water unless it is blended together which is not practical if you are out and about or working. It is supposed to simply dissolve in water - I stirred and shook vigorously and still ended up a concoction of water with powdery lumps. Vile and a slimming gimmick!

It didnt work as you ment to have it 3 times a day before each meal where I only eat 1meal a day anyway so they are no use to me

2nd time I have used slimsticks-first time was quite long time ago and was successful, so tried again.Am diabetic and since starting again I have lost a stone-but have taken opportunity to change eating habits too.Am very happy with results!!

Ok so these sachets do help keep you fuller for longer to help reduce snacking, portion sizes etc... however I am questioning if it really works or is it psychological???? Mix the powder in a glass of water and drink before meals but also follow with 2 more glasses of water. So I'm questioning am I full.of the safety or just because I've drank loads of water. One think you will need to pee alot after all that water. It does help reduce appetite. I found it a but textured when drinking doesn't fully dissolve you could blend it to try disolve it better but I just found drink it down quick better it doesn't taste bad. Now you get a 10 day supply suposed to have 3 sachets a day however I get snacks late afternoon evening so just use around lunch and dinner. Don't bother with breakfast one. So will last a bit longer. That's a personal preference you can decide yourself.

Despite being really easy to use as well as convenient and portable for work etc, I don't feel these made any difference to my hunger levels and stopped using them very quickly. Any hunger I had would come back in 30-45min and on top of that I really struggled with the taste and sadly cannot recommend. Good idea though!
