I like the fact that there's a side pocket for ease of retrieval, washng, etc. Also, the non-skid pads around the base are a great functional touch. Our kitteh took to it right away. The best thing is that this is a whisker-friendly design. Packaging was attractive and secure. Highly Recommended!

I have gotten 3 sets of these now for my cat. No more bowls. This is more comfortable for him to eat from. These stack nicely when storing, they fit well in between the prongs in the dishwasher, and they clean fairly easily. These have a nice weight to the them so they aren't going to be moved around by your cat when they are eating. I think these will be my forever go to for wet food at least.

I bought these bowls to help my Azul. I did not want him getting whisker burnout from eating. They are sturdy to a point. If you continue to drop them, they will break. They are light weight and easy to use. It helps control the amount of food given. Love the color and the size.

I gave these cat food bowls a four. I bought them because my daughter wanted a couple for her cats so I thought I would try them too. I have four cats and of the four cats, two of them ate wet or dry food out of them just fine but the other two made the biggest messes ever! Even worse than their previous bowls. The two cats that made the messes were originally feral cats that were TNR cats but seemed to be fairly friendly so when they were trapped to be neutered, the local humane society put them up for adoption. Well I adopted them and have had them for over a year now and they will never be friendly to other people, but they have always been messy eaters and if some random thing spooks them when they are eating they will leave their food and go hide in my basement! I also have a rescue dog and he loves cleaning up after the messy eaters but it is such a waste of food. I think I will try the elevated, tilted food bowls next! They are sturdy, they are fairly low to the floor. Size is good and they hold a fair amount of food, just not for me!

I don't have any cons, just pros. Worked well for a disabled kitty. We have a cat who had neurologic brain damage after surgery. He's slowly improving and we still hope for full recovery, but one big problem was feeding him. Initially I had to feed him canned food with a syringe, then by hand using a spoon. He wasn't eating independently from a bowl, or at least for only a few seconds. The bowls had non-skid bottoms, but were smooth inside and he didn't have the coordination to eat food that moved around.The design of the CaGuru bowls worked great. It concentrates the food in the bottom center. I suspect the Concentric rings also helped him visually and tactilely... he was initially blind but now has most of his vision back. The kibble was our first experiment. I didn't expect much, so gave him a small amount. He gobbled it and wanted more, which of course we were delighted to provide. The canned food, surprisingly, took a bit more time. When the kitty gets tired, his brain and body don't work very well. When he is rested, he eats the canned food quite nicely. One bowl is used for canned food, and one is for kibble.The bowls are very easy to clean and have survived drops from a 4 ft high kitty litter tree (the kitty can once again climb to a nice box cave on it and likes eating there - see the image). I also like the small cut out on the bottom edge. It makes the bowl easy to pick up and move around. Great simple design which has helped our kitty's recovery... he can eat independently with kibble available 24/7. Good nutrition, rest and time are helping him get better.

The bowls are very durable. The perfect height for my cat to eat from. I love the pink. Very easy to keep clean. I had started to have trouble with my cat eating. So a friend recommended these bowls to me. And my baby has been able to put on 2lbs. And eats without issue now. LOVE THESE BOWLS

I bought a steel one like this for my dog a while back and I needed more for my other dog. I’m happy to have found a 2 pack. Highly durable, rust free, dishwasher safe. Great buy!

I had small bowls for my small cat and she didn't really want to eat from them. For 3 years I've had to toss full bowls of food and feed her on the flat table. I finally figured out it is the whiskers!! I grabbed these in stainless (to reduce bacteria, easy to clean, does not promote kitty acne) and got the bases with them too. She finally eats from her new trays! I ended up getting the under mat, bowl bases and these in stainless so everything matches in my kitchen. They are stylish (kind of look like my Lecreuset lids) and they are easy to wash. Can't believe I never found these sooner. She eats from them!! I use 1 for wet food and one for dry. Never going back to bowls. You could do water in these too, I just have a seperate large Yeti water bowl she uses. I recommend getting the bases with these to elevate them a bit more. These are great!
